When will you receive your order?

We will email you as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you chose First Class delivery: you will receive your order within 1-2 working days.
If you choose Next Day delivery: you will receive your order the next working day after dispatch. If you order after 2pm on a Thursday, your order will be dispatched on Friday and should be delivered on the next working day (Monday). If you order after 2pm on a Friday, your order will not be dispatched until the following Monday and should be delivered on Tuesday.
Please note that you will need someone to sign and accept delivery of Next Day deliveries.

4. Deliveries will normally be made within 2-3 days if products are in stock.UK only.7-8days if international. You will be advised of any delay or if the item is not available by phone or email. So please check Email box just in case.

5. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery please wait 5 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.99% of our orders now are sent by recorded delivery, please be sure someone will be able to accept when arrives, any returned to us unclaimed from post office will have to have postage paid again!

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of the despatch date with your receipt, providing it is not used, however items such as earrings and body jewellery WILL NOT be refunded on the basis of hygiene reasons (unless faulty).Items that are supplied at your request and are not faulty will incure a 20% levi off refund price to cover the cost of invoicing and the charges we incure from credit card company that is taken when you ordered. Postage costs are also deducted. PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEED If your product should develop a fault within 14 days of purchase we will repair it, exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or if you prefer, refund your money (your product should still be in new condition and with the original packaging, accessories and receipt, however this does not apply to items such as earings and body jewellery they WILL NOT be refunded on the basis of hygiene) .Postage return at customers own expence. PRODUCT GUARANTEE All products are guaranteed. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Where a manufacturer's guarantee is offered with any product or individual component, it is additional to this guarantee. During the period of guarantee, subject to the conditions above, products will be repaired free of charge for both parts and labour.
